Jamaican coleslaw recipe Ingredients 4 cups shredded cabbage 1/4 cup shredded carrots 1/4 cup chopped sweet peppers 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 2 tablespoon Sugar 1 tablespoon Cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Dry jerk seasoning Directions 1.Combine the cabbage, carrots and sweet peppers in a large bowl and set aside. 2.Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning. Pour over previous mixture and toss well.
